If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. Usage of the Service constitutes an absolute and irrevocable acceptance of these terms by User and User's firm, LexiFlow Technologies Inc.
LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC IS NOT A LAW FIRM. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL CHRONOLOGIES, DEMAND LETTERS, AND LEAD QUALIFICATIONS, ARE TOOLS FOR ASSISTING LICENSED LEGAL PROFESSIONALS.
User acknowledges that all AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or omissions. The User assumes 100% responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all information generated by LexiFlow Technologies Inc before using it in any legal capacity. Use of LexiFlow Technologies Inc does not create an attorney-client relationship between LexiFlow Technologies Inc and any person.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Service is at User's sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT. LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LexiFlow Technologies Inc and its employees, contractors, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND LEXIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
LexiFlow Technologies Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LexiFlow Technologies Inc shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
